If peer pressure brought about by your statistics causes some packet
cheaters to mend their ways, then you should be commended for your
efforts.
However, when you start talking about DQ'ing based on your stats,
you're starting down the proverbial "slippery slope".
It would only take 1 disgruntled contester to phony up a bunch of
spots for any competitor they wished DQ'ed. Unless your stats can
PROVE that the person spotted made the spots, you can't punish them.
"Better a 100 criminals go free, than 1 innocent man hang".
