Just out of curiosity, why has there been no comment about this kind of
thing from ARRL or CQ ? We've been hearing about this for a while. I view
the above as being de facto evidence of cheating, although a defense lawyer
would argue otherwise, I suppose. The defendant would need to explain how a
bunch of W's easily accessed a Spanish IP and made spots from there. Has
anyone considered contacting the stations by email who have been spotted
like this ? My particular recent favorite was the verified Silent Key LZ2
who spotted the JT1...
