Yep-this is why I posted originally.  
I did email the author, with no response, about "limiting" nets, skeds & 
ragchewers from operating in the "contest" zone--assuming someone did try to 
establish a contest free zone. 
I just did the NAQP SSB from K9SD, we had big time fun, & after 1400 QSO's, I 
had only one run in with a pig farmer.  I had one guy come on 40 telling me a 
net was about to begin & politely asked me move. I did. He was thrilled, it 
didn't kill my score, & I got about 6 Q's from the guys waiting to get ont he 
net! (umm, uniques I guess!)
Look, we all worked hard for our tickets. My ticket is equal to a 
non-contesters', so, I do have equal rights to the bands.
