Yes, that's right. One of the Italian HQ stations could be located in
the African Italy (IH9 or IG9) and that is another ITU zone from the
mainland of Italy.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) Poland is located in one ITU zone.
Thanks to this Polish HQ team has less problems to count the final score.
