I don't see that giving recognition in contest results to DX stations in
the ARRL 160 meter contest would change the character of the contest at
all. Leigh's comments seem to presume that some rule change is being
contemplated and I don't remember any such suggestion. Why not give
recognition in the results to those DX stations who pay the price to try
to dig out US stations on 160 meters in this contest?
