         No, I logged 59905 which is the correct zone for
FP.  The (16) following the station's call means that call
was found in a total of 16 logs.  In the UBN summary,
no QSO points were removed for the Z classification, but
the multiplier was, so I assume Z must be a way to flag
bad multipliers due to someone playing games ( i.e.
working multiple stations with a bogus call). The UBN
summary says:
Lost countries (B or N) : FP
