[CQ-Contest] 2003 January VHF Sweepstakes

The on-line results article, database, box scores and additional soapbox for 
the 2003 ARRL January VHF Sweepstakes has been opened to ARRL members at 
www.arrl.org/contests/results

The QST article will be opened to non-members one QST is released to the 
printers.  The expanded PDF with line scores should appear the second week of 
July.
