  Good info! I've been there and done that! Let me tell you
it is scary as hell when all of a sudden you cannot breathe!
  Actually my doctors say the same should apply when driving on trips.
I make several trips a year to TX and one or two to my daughter's in
Framingham.
  I try to stop and stretch ever so often, but it is hard to do.
