Someone letting loose on a frequency already in use - whether it be WN3VAW's
experience trying to work some DX towards the end of NAQP, a blind bounce, not
asking QRL? first or (my "favorite") not giving somebody enough time to
reach for
the paddles to respond to the QRL? - just pours petrol on the fire for
those who
complain about contests.
Any reasonable radiosport participant should realize that doing this to
others isn't
on as they probably wouldn't appreciate it being done to them.
One QRL? is _not_ enough. And sending just a ? (which seems to be very popular
with Russian & ex-USSR hams) is not on, either.
