Department of Random Factoids: In 1978 I plotted a scatter diagram of SS scores vs. raw QSO total. Once a station worked more than 80 QSOs, the graph was close to a straight line, according to the formula: points = (156 x QSO) - 7200 I suspect that modern scores are slightly higher due to the additional multipliers, perhaps (160 x QSO) - 7200, but haven't done a modern study. -- Eric K3NA  |
