Since it was not mentioned here yet I use "Logger" by K4CY.
It does everything what DX4WIN does, integrates with other software that
supports all the digi modes and is absolutely FREE. The support from other
users is superb via the corresponding reflector. The new 32 bit version is
coming  out very soon.
