So, if you're planning a DXpedition for one of these 
contests I'd like to hear about it.  Just visit the 
above mentioned URL and fill in/submit the form.  
Your operation will then appear in the NG3K contest 
operation tables, the NCJ-Web table, and in print 
form in NCJ itself.  You can determine what has
