[CQ-Contest] QRZ Industries

I have an old, almost unused, QRZ Industries, VB-8A "Natural Voice Recorder"
and I have been thinking about putting it back in action--but on VHF/UHF
for some beacon/weak signal work.

I recently suffered a "tragic plumbing accident" and the manual is toast,
albeit soggy toast.

1)  Anyone know how to reach the company to get a new manual (or can
someone spare/copy a manual for me?

2)  Is this old thing worth the effort even?
