[CQ-Contest] Meet with the BoD

I am leaving at 4PM CST to a meeting where Dakota Division Director Bellows
will be speaking at a MN Wireless Association meeting.  I am sure there will
be a Q&A session.

What, if any, specific questions are of concern to contesters.  If they are
not addressed specifically in his presentation, I will attempt to ask for a
specific response.
