[CQ-Contest] Contest Book

If I remember correctl, sometime around 10 years ago, former
ARRL employee and contester Bob Halprin K1XA wrote a book on
contesting for Tiare Press.

I haven't a clue as to what happened to it.  Bob's since dropped
out of ham radio.  I don't have his email address, but believe
he's still in the Newington area.
