How about a chapter on contest strategy, which would include
(but not be limited to):
1.) when to CQ and when to S&P
2.) how to S&P efficiently (which end of the band to start
on, how long to call a new station before moving on, etc.)
3.) understanding propagation at your qth, and utilizing that
knowledge
4.) taking off-times
