[CQ-Contest] So what happened

There are two full sessions of the ARRL Board, Friday and Saturday. The
matter of Section News and contest coverage in QST, which is part of the
budget consideration, hasn't been considered by the full Board as of this
time (early Saturday morning). It will come up on the agenda later in the
Saturday session.
