Hi all
Not sure if there is a record for the most number of towers put
up in one day... -Or- for the most feet of tower put up in one day...
-but-
Paul K4JA put up FIVE (more!) towers today in 90+ F temps!
FOUR 130 foot tower verticals (Rohn 35) for 160m 4-SQ
ONE 130 foot non-rotating tower (AB-105) for fixed South Am tower
Total of 650 feet in one day.
It took about 7.5 hours to do and that's with cranes too!
Something like 6 people went through 10 gallons of water!
Paul's an iron man of station building, for sure!
