[CQ-Contest] Wrinkle Paint

Don't know where else to ask so here goes....

Bought a Brown Bros. paddle at Dayton this year.  Fixed it up some and
id works fine but the base is in need of a new wrinkle paint finish
(Black).  Anyone now if this material is available in a spray can and
just who the maufacturer or supplier may be.  None of the local paint
stores around here seem to carry it anymore.
