[CQ-Contest] Doubts on the WPX Contest

I think both sides could be easily satisfied
(I4JMY and others) ,if Steve and the WPX
committee accepts just a slight change :
To count prefixes on each band as separate
multipliers for SOAB,M/S and M/M entrants.
Then, the WPX might become even
more interesting. It's an easy change to make
and will add more fun to the one of BIG ones.
