Here discussion goes not for the money involved
( if I am intending to sponsor a plaque that means
I have found the way to pay for it), but for the creation
of a new category in WPX or CQWW contest.

If I am not wrong creation of a new category could be
made only after approval by the contests' managers
or I am wrong ?
