I agree with what you say.
Pretty cool philosophy on the "this is my frequency mentality".
We do disagree on one pretty crucial point, however.
If I want a frequency, I'm going for it.
If someone wants my frequency, let 'em go for it.
After all, it is a contest.
There are ways to improve your ability to counteract another strong
signal.
And there are ways to allow room for others in the spectrum.
As but one example, a lot of big guns have antennas optimized for
forward gain without any attention to optimizing F/B ratios. Duh !?
Most race cars will get dented a few times.
Even those that win.
