I do not know of a keyboard made for one hand, but there ar ethe DVORAK
layout and others designed for handicapped folks. The Keys layout
differently, but with an overlay and a driver you can be in business. The
concept is that the DVORAK layout is optimized with the common characters
easily strikable with one hand only. There are variations for left and
right hands. There are even access pack drivers available from Microsoft
and others for this. It might get you pretty well confused though if you
use a regular keyboards during the rest of your day to day affairs.
