But, Hans... isn't it reasonable to interpret "you" to mean the station in
the case of a multiple operator activity? I believe that was the intent of
that rule.

I don't agree.
Here is the rule:
"4.4. Check (the last two digits of the year you were first licensed);"
The key word is "you", not "your station".
