Regarding the proposed (and undisclosed) changes in the ARRL DX contest exchanges, wouldn't it be appropriate to know the purpose of the proposed changes? If we know what them dudes want to accomplish, maybe we can comment meaningfully. I don't think we ought to be made to guess what they want...
