[CQ-Contest] Sprint Dates

So let's turn this negative in to a positive.  Let's start now by 
organizing our regional sprint teams to ensure a good turn out.  By
organizing teams, we will be sure to get the word out so nobody 
is left out of this September's event.

K4BAI has the South East Contest Club already organzing.  We hope you
are too.
