Funny you should ask. N0AX and myself have tested a dozen HF tribanders
for on-the-air performance and published the results; they were presented at
Dayton last month. The 80-page book is availalbe from
http://www.championradio.com. The information includes protocol, data sets
and summaries. Pretty interesting reading.
