It is with deep regret and personal sadness that I wish to let our fraternity
know that Chuck Coleman K5LZO passed away last night in his sleep. Chuck had
been suffering from congestive heart failure for a year, and had been recently
studying the procedures to acquire a heart transplant.
We were staunch competitors in contesting, but sincere close friends in real
life.
My thoughts and prayers go to his beloved Barbara and children.
