[CQ-Contest] DFI MS-400 Info Needed

I have an old DFI MS-400 4 port serial card that I'd like to use in a 
dedicated computer I'm setting up for contesting.  However, I've lost 
the manual, and the board is loaded with DIP switches and jumpers.

If anybody has a copy of the manual, I'd appreciate a loan of it to 
make a copy, with prompt return.
