Hi Gang
This month's topic for my Contest Tips, Tricks & Techniques column in the
NCJ is on multi-op contesting teams.
Multi-op teams
How do you build a good team for a multi-op effort? How do you find good
operators? How do you train them? How do you motivate them? What is the
optimum number of operators for a multi-multi or multi-single effort? How
are they organized? Do you have a boss who makes the final decisions? Do
you have specialists who have their own defined responsibilities?
I want to get the column finished well before leaving for Dayton, so please
email your responses directly to me by Friday, May 8. Please be sure you
call is somewhere in your response. Thanks again to everyone who has
supported my column by sending in their comments.
See you in Dayton!
