Motivation and team building
How do you get motivated for a contest? What do you do to stay motivated
when things slow down? What about set backs from bad propagation, equipment
breakdowns or when you find your competition is way ahead of you? How do
you recruit and train a top notch team for a multi-op effort? How do you
motivate them?
