Yes Bill, that would be nice to have at least an SAE, but
those hams that too cheap to send a sase would not waste
the envelope or the additional postage.  Most of the
non-sase QSL cards are a result of mass mailing.  Here in 
St. Louis, all of us get a card from the same guy, so he
is just fishing.  I usually just file the cards, and not answer
them.  If they really need the card, they will send a second
request with a sase.
