[CQ-Contest] ICE - FB customer service!

I recently purchased a 5 band bandpass filter unit from ICE, and there 
was a problem with one of the band filters. I sent the unit back to 
them, and they found a shorted capacitor.

Not only did the unit turn around within a week, but there was a $10 
bill enclosed with a note saying it was reimbursement for my shipping 
costs!
