[CQ-Contest] Categories

Why do we even need two categories?  Continuing the theme, I fail to
see the logic in it.  Why separate SOAB from Unlimited?  Seems pretty
wimpy to me.  This is the battle of the Giants! Let them go for it and
see who's best!  Just Qs times mults.  Riggs vs. King!  I want to see
what Neiger can do up against PJ1B!  Gee, you could sells seats for
that one.
