[CQ-Contest] The "?" practice

I don't like it when I'm CQing and somebody dumps in a question mark. To
me, that's an abbreviated form of "QRL?," meaning, "If I don't hear
somebody loud CQing here in the next 30 milliseconds, I'm going to take
this frequency."

My reaction is to *immediately* hit F1. Sometimes even this is too slow
to thwart the intruder.

It does wake me up during slow times, though, so I suppose it has some
merit. :')
