[CQ-Contest] quick-fix b4 IARU

Contest rig is in the shop.  Backup rig is different model and is
not being keyed by the CT/NA contest keyer (LPT1 interface).  
Interface and PC work fine (as tested on a neighbor's rig).  I
measure 62 ohms at key-down.  

Any ideas how to fix this other than adding a reed relay?  I dont
want to operate using the paddles.
