Should they ? NO ... Do they ? "probably" as that's why they are out
'trolling' the other bands .... rules NOW don't say they can't ...

Yes ... (again sadly)
It is a SAD reflection on the 'state of contesting' that now the rules
have to be similar to a VERY DETAILED LEGAL document ... just to keep
some from spoiling the FUN/efforts of others ...
I'm still in favor of making a "UNLIMITED (as in ANYTHING goes) CLASS"
for those among who feel so 'restrained' that they MUST bust the 'DUMB'
existing system of 'guidelines'.
I'm all for the advancing of the state of the art and DO NOT want
to return to paper logging and non-memory keyers ...
But there *IS* a fine line between 'pushing the envelope' to new
levels of performance ... and outright CHEATING ...
