[CQ-Contest] WW South America CW Contest rules

Hi there,

I've got some questions about World Wide South America CW Contest :
1. Exchange is RST + Continent. No serials,zones,names,etc ?
   For example my NR-Sent would be 599 EU. Can it be ?

2. SA stns count 10 pts, QSO with anyone outside SA 2 pts.
   Is it correct ?

3. Is it possible to submit the LOG via E-mail ?
