Kudos to MQH for having provided a few hundred people a chance at contesting.

Given 20,000 Ops on VHF in LA basin 30% would have lost their manuals and
don't know how to change frequency. 40% don't speak English. 20% don't know
what QSY means and, the remainder are still with the program....
