The K3MQH beam at the hamfest stepped over the line of reasonableness,
if not the legalistic reading of the rules. The minimum proper response
would be do delete all 2 meter (and other bands, if used in the same
way) QSOs in FM19 (the Gaithersburg grid) for the period during the
hamfest.
These guys were certainly running a good operation otherwise as
observed (and worked) on 6 & 2 here in Ohio. No need to bag the
credit for what they were doing on CW/SSB.
