Part Time Contesting

I know this subject was hashed over long ago, but I am new to the
reflector and would like to know what the thoughts were to the Part-Time
contest entries?
I enjoy contesting but just can't sit and operate for a full contest.  I
have other things going on most weekends too.  I don't care about any
certificates or anything, just a listing with other operators who had like
time limitations.
Just wondered what if anything had ever been decided.
