Back a few weeks, Ward N0AX, asked about sub-laptop PCs. The April
19, 1993 issue of PC WEEK has a supplement which includes 8 DOS compatable
sub-laptops. only the BICOM SL from ABC Computer Corp 800-336-2280 seems to
cost less than a regular laptop.
so, my question is what are the important features of a contest
laptop? I am planning on buying a 486SL type within the next year, as my
old XT puts out as much TVI as my TS-830S, but am not sure how many COM ports
and parallel ports are optimal?
