CQ Contest Awards

I spoke with John, K1AR at Dayton on Saturday (or was it Sunday?) about
if, when and how contest certificates were being handled. He told me that
they were in the process of clearing out the backlog now, using a laser printer
and NOT folding certificates for mailing.  Sounds like progress.
