While writing a program to parse ARRL.CTY, I discovered the following
anomalous line:
> Belgium: 14: ON: ON,OO,OP,OQ,OR,,OS,OT;
The copy of ARRL.CTY I'm using came from this e-mail reflector about a
month ago. I'd guess that CT is robust enough to avoid being subtly
corrupted by a null secondary prefix, but I can't be sure. Some of you
might consider making a copy and fixing it, especially if you've been
plagued by mysterious crashes or errors. They might very well be
