CT 8.16 bug

When you try to change the zone on a previous QSO, CT 8.16 crashes (Assertion
failed:n_num, File cqww.cpp, Line 316).  Someone back in YCCC land, please
make sure Ken knows about this one.

What else is broken on 8.17 besides Kenwood radio support ?
