[Amps] Two-tone test file uploaded

Based on the recent IMD thread, I generated a 30 second two-tone test 
WAV file and posted it to a publicly-accessible server:

The level is -1dB, which works around the problem of cheap PC audio 
codecs distorting rail-to-rail signals. The format is 44.1 kHz mono, 
24-bit PCM.
If anyone wants a different sample rate, bit depth etc. drop me a note.
