Best thing you can do is install a common mode choke - see the info

Also read the articles on "Transmitting chokes."
My choice would be to pitch the Astron switching supply. The old
supplies work fine, but I've gone through a number of their switchers.
Common mode chokes may work, but I think it's a basic problem with the
supply.
