Ted:
I have the Mark V and yes, there is a control setting for RTTY frequency
display. This would be memory setting 6-3 with the possible selection being
offset or carrier. Mine is set to offset and this works fine for me.

Subject: [Yaesu] FT1000MP and RTTY
Hello all
I have some questions regarding the MP(original) and RTTY. I was
not sure whether to post it on this
reflector or the Logger32 reflector. I noticed that when I am casually
operating and I see click on a spot
for a RTTY station from the DX spots window of Logger32, the radio is not
displaying the same frequency
as the one posted. (rig control is being used) I realize that most hams post
the MARK freq of a station and that
what my radio is doing is displaying the SUPPRESSED CARRIER FREQ.
What I notice however is that I have to tune the radio back to the MARK
frequency to actually copy the station
properly. Is there a setting in the MP to have the radio go to the MARK
frequency like the spot shows, or is this the
norm for all MP owners??
example: YB1AR spotted this morning
Telnet shows: 14.082.5 Mhz
after clicking on spot
Radio shows 14.084.62
Bottom of MMTTY window shows 14.082.495
I was able to copy YB1AR by tuning back so MP displayed 14.082.64
Why when I click on a spot do I still have to "tweak" the MP to properly
copy the station??
or is there a setting in the MP or Logger32 that would adjust for this?
I was able to work YB1AR and Logger32 saved 14.082.64 in the log.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
