[Yaesu] FT1000D

Traded for a FT1000D and found the power was a little high (≥220  
watts).  How do I turn down the power internally.  Obviously I can do  
this with the PWR control, I would like to limit via internal controls.
Is their a pot I can reduce internally that will take care of this.

Much help appreciated.
