Dear "K3VW" - you should have pressed the issue with USPS.
I believe that they may have paid you if you had been stronge ron
them.
USPS and UPS both seem to almost always try the strong
arm technique to get out of paying.
It's ludicrous of them to try to suggest that we are not insured
when we have insured something and they accepted it. If it
was not properly packed they should have said so before
they accepted it!
Fedex never puts up this kind of unethical fuss.
